Staff Profile
NAPTA subscribers are now entitled to use Staff Profile – an online self-evaluation tool for all staff that focuses on the key attributes that staff need in order to apply care and safeguarding policies and procedures effectively.
Non-threatening and easy to use, Staff Profile dovetails well with the other NAPTA profiling tools to give schools an even more comprehensive view of their workforce’s knowledge and abilities. It can particularly help practitioners with the tricky aspects of information sharing and multi-agency working.
